Delhi University MCA Entrance Exam Pattern Admission Date Syllabus Notification

Delhi University MCA Entrance Exam
Delhi University is the recognized university in India, which conducts entrance exam for MCA course.  This entrance exam is conducted under the guidance of Department of Computer Science.

Eligibility for Entrance Exam
Students who want to pursue MCA course should pass bachelors degree under 10+2+3 or equivalent to it from DU or from any other recognized university with at least 60% and for SC/ST candidates 55% and should have taken up Mathematics subject in degree level.

Candidates who are currently appearing for their final year exam can also apply for the entrance exam.

Examination Pattern:
Verbal Ability
Reading Comprehension
Mathematics and Quantative Aptitude
Test of Reasoning
Data Interpretation
General Knowledge and Current Affairs.
Most of the MCA entrance exam has objective type questions. And some other universities ask in mixed pattern like objective, short answers and long answers. There are also 50 question asked from B.Sc level.

Algebra
Calculus
Two Dimensions
Three Dimension
For Real Analysis Exam:
Sequences
Statistics and Linear Programming
Deductive and Logical Ability Test:
Problem Solving, Interpretation and Number Systems.

Application Procedure:
Students must download the application form from the DU website and submit it the concerned authority and along with the form student has to send a demand draft.

The Selection Procedure:
The students are then selected on the basis of personal interview and written test.
