JNU MCA Entrance Exam Test
Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) Delhi, conducts entrance exam for those students who want to pursue admission for MCA, which is offered by the institute- School of Computer and Systems Science. Master of Computer Application is 3y-year program which is designed to provide students a practical and theoretical knowledge in automatic computing.
Eligibility:
Students who want to pursue MCA course should be passed out with bachelor’s degree with at least 55% marks and mathematics subject as compulsory. Students who are currently appearing for their final year exam can also apply for the entrance exam. Students in these institutions are also selected on the basis of the marks which are got from written test.
Syllabus for the Exam:
There are 10+2/Graduation level Maths and Computer Science. There is also General Aptitude type syllabus too.
Scholarship Award:
The institute also offer scholarship award of Rs 600/- per month during fifth and sixth semesters for the students of MCA course.
Application Procedure:
The application form for the entrance exam can be taken from university by paying Rs 220/- for OBC category for 1field study, for field 2 study Rs 430/- and for field 3 study Rs 600/-. For SC/ST candidates should pay Rs 110/- for field 1, Rs 215/- for field 2 and Rs 300 for field 3.
Students can request the application form through post by sending crossed DD of Rs 300/- in favor of JNU
