Applications are invited from eligible Male & Female unmarried candidates for admission to B.Sc. Nursing Four (04) years degree course for the academic year 2011–12. Candidates seeking admission must have 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English with 45% marks. Application should be sent through speed post registered post with Bank Draft of Rs. 1000.00 in favour of Director SGPGIMS Lucknow payable at State Bank of India SGPGI Branch, Code No. 7789, and sent to Director, SGPGIMS, Raebarelly Road, Lucknow-226014. The Minimum Age for admission shall be 17 years at the time admission and maximum age 24 years as on 31st December, 2011. The Institute will not be responsible for any postal delay. (2) The applicants those who downloaded the Application form from website are required to enclose a bank draft of Rs.1000/- in favour of Director, SGPGIMS, Lucknow, payable at the State Bank of India, SGPGIMS branch, Lucknow, (code no.7789), which is non-refundable.

Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS) is a premier medical institute of India located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It was established in 1983, and is named after Sanjay Gandhi.
