Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

Eligibility:

10+2 or equivalent from any statutory board with 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM).

For SC/ST candidates 55% aggregate in PCM is required.

Good Scores in any one of the following entrance exams: IIT-JEE, AIEEE, MH-CET or Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET).

How To Apply:

Step 1. To register for SNAP Test. Candidate is required to upload a latest scanned photograph of self at the time of online registration. Online registration will generate your SNAP ID.

Step 2. Candidate need to pay a non-refundable SNAP test fee Rs. 1550/- through the different payment modes. Choose any one payment mode by using following guidelines,

Payment Through Cash: After online SNAP 2010 registration print ‘Axis Bank Challan’ from SNAP website, this is in 3 parts. Pay Rs. 1550/- in cash only at any Axis Bank branch in your city. Refer to the list of branches on the website. The bank will return two stamped parts of the ‘Axis Bank Challan’. ‘Student copy’ as a receipt for candidate.

Sign and stamped ‘Symbiosis copy’ of the ‘Axis Bank Challan’ is required to be sent to “Symbiosis Test Secretariat” at the following Address,

Symbiosis International University (S.I.U) The first institutions belonging to the Symbiosis Society were established in 1971, and were affiliated to the University of Pune. Established in 1971 under the patronage of S. B. Mujumdar, President and Founding Director, the Symbiosis Society is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and the Bombay Public Trust, Act, 1950. The Principal Director of Symbiosis Society is Mrs. Dr.Vidya Yeravdekar.

In 2002, as part of a larger program to grant autonomy to institutions of academic excellence, the Ministry of Human Resources Development conferred the "Deemed to be University" status on three institutes under the Symbiosis umbrella - the Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) and Symbiosis Society's Law College.
