JNU Combined Biotechnology Entrance Exam
Jawaharlal Nehru University Combined B.Tech Entrance Exam (JNU CBEE) conducted by JNU, New Delhi. It offers Post Graduate course in B.Tech which is offered by many colleges that are affiliated to JNU. It is the most respected university in India offering all the facilities for student to have good environment for studies.
The eligibility for different B.Tech courses is different for various streams:
Candidate who wants to take up this course should have the bachelor’s degree from any recognized university with at least 55% marks in PCB, Pharmacy, Engineering/Technology or Medicine.
MSC (Agriculture/ Veteran Science)
Candidate should have bachelor’s degree from any recognized university with at least 55% marks in Agriculture, Veterinary and Animal Husbandry.
Candidate who wants to take MTech course should have B.Tech passing bachelor certificate from any recognized university with at least 60% marks in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical, Industrial Biotechnology and various other streams in B.Tech.
The exam pattern in very subject is divided into two parts:
Part A: Consist of multiple type objective questions from PCB.
Part B: Consists of multiple type objective questions from degree level
MSc Agri B.Tech:
Part A: Consists of multiple type objective questions from PCB
Part B: Consists of multiple type objective question from PCB degree level
MTech B.Tech: There are 2 groups in this paper Technology and Life Science
Part A: Consists of basic Engineering Questions UG level
Part B: Consists of PCM question UG level
Part C: Consists of fundamental life science questions.
Part A: Consists questions from life science on PG level
Part B: Consists questions from PC UG level
Part C: Consists of Mathematics, Computer& Information Science UG level.
The application form can be obtained from university or from post by paying Rs120/. You can even obtain by paying DD of Rs 180/- by requesting to Deputy Registrar of JNU. After filling the application form of any of the three courses it should be sent to the Deputy Registrar of the JNU before the due date.
