Calicut University MCA Entrance Exam
Calicut University which is situated in Kerala state offers MC course at various engineering and technology colleges. The entrance exam is conducted under the guidance of Calicut University. The colleges where MCA course is being offered MES Kalladi College in Mannarkad, Thalikulam, Dr John Mathai Centre in Thrissur, KKTM College in Pullut and University Study Centre in Calicut.
Eligibility:
Student who wants to pursue MCA course from Calicut University should be passed out from 10+2+3 from any recognized university with from science background with at least 60% marks. It is mandatory that students should take up Mathematics subject in degree and secondary level. Along with students who are passed out with 50% marks in B.Tech can also apply for MCA entrance exam.
If you are currently appearing for final year exam then also you can appear for the entrance test.
Application procedure:
The application form can be collected from university counter by paying DD of Rs 300/-. It can also be send through post. The application can also be downloaded from university website www.universityofcalicut.info . Students should submit the online duly filled for with DD before the due date. The application form should be sent to the registrar of Calicut University.
Entrance Exam Pattern:
The MCA entrance exam is of 120 marks with Mathematics 40 question, Computer awareness 15 questions, General English 15 questions, Analytical Ability for 50 questions.
