Andhra University AUCET Date Application Form Eligibility Prospectus 

Andhra University Common Entrance Test (AUCET)
Andhra University Common Entrance Test is conducted to normalize the eligibility of students who are being qualified from various universities in India. The entrance test is conducted to get admission in any PG courses in Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam, is the oldest university which has a broad focus.  The faculty of Andhra University is known for its best teaching.
There are various courses that are offered by AUCET:
B.E
B.Tech
B.Architecture

Eligibility Criteria for the AUCET Exam:
The candidate who wants to appear for the AUCET exam must be an Indian origin. The candidate must be passed or appearing for the final year Intermediate Examination in Chemistry, Physics and Biology or equivalent to it. The minimum qualification for the test is, the student must be passed in I.Sc/10+2 or equivalent examination like Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% marks and for General Category of quota is 45%.

Selection procedure for AUCET:
The candidate who wants the admission in this university, then the student has to undergo a written test which is conducted by University or by Exam society.  After the entrance test, candidate is selected according to the cut off list. But if the students want to get admission in government or any other private college, then the student must appear for AUCET exam. 

Examination Pattern:
The question in the AUCET exam are, generally, based on the subject like Bio Technology, Bio Chemistry, Commerce, Computer Science, Economics,  Electronics, English, Geology, History, Human Genetics, Journalism and Mass Communication, Sanskrit, Social Work, Telugu, Zoology etc.

General Information:
Candidates from BC and OC caste for them 50% are required to qualify for the AUCET examination.  And for SC/ST candidates is 45% to get qualified for exam.
